Local Area Manager's Report

She had been reassured that this had been completed and the outcomes submitted.

Time had been spent looking at the Youth Work provision across the wider borough and working on retaining the existing provisions.

There had also been a large amount of work on the Local Plan and Future Eastleigh. Ms Partner has been involved in theses processes to ensure that the area’s wishes are noted and included and the area is well represented.

Councillor Grajewski asked when a report can be expected following the feasibility study which had been undertaken on the possibility of a roundabout on Hiltingbury Road. Councillor Grajewski also asked for the total cost of this report, as the costs were not agreed at the Committee.

Ms Partner advised that she would speak to her colleagues in the Engineering department and request that a report is produced outlining the results and the total cost of this.
