(a)          that the following appeals have been lodged:-

 

78 Thornbury Wood, Chandler's Ford, SO53 5DQ. Appeal against the Council's refusal of planning permission for the erection of a two storey side extension, single storey side extension incorporating a raised platform and new first floor window to rear elevation. (Ref. H/18/83592)

 

            This was a delegated decision.

Appeal against the Council's refusal of planning permission for the erection of a two storey front & side, single-storey rear & side extensions. (Ref. H/18/83582)

This was a delegated decision.

Appeal against the Council's refusal of planning permission for the construction of two storey side extension to allow subdivision of existing three bedroom dwelling into 2No. two bedroom dwellings with associated parking and amenity space. (Ref. F/18/82981).
