Appeal against the Council’s enforcement action against the unauthorised addition of fencing of 0.55m in height affixed on top of the existing boundary wall within Conservation Area. (Ref. EA/21/91109)

 

44 Woolwich Close, Bursledon, SO31 8GE

 

Appeal against the Council’s refusal to grant consent to undertake proposed work to fell a tree protected by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO). (Ref. T/20/88653)

 

This was a delegated decision.

 

(b)  that the following appeals have been allowed:-

 

Chalcot, York Road, Netley Abbey, SO31 5DD

 

Appeal against the Council’s refusal to grant planning permission for proposed demolition of existing one-bedroomed dwelling and garage and replacement with new one-bedroomed dwelling.

 

This was a Local Area Committee decision.

 

Costs were refused.

 

(c)  that the following appeals have been dismissed:-

 

Chalcot, York Road, Netley Abbey, SO31 5DD

 

Appeal against the Council’s refusal to grant planning permission for proposed demolition of existing one-bedroomed dwelling and garage, and replacement with new, two bedroomed dwelling.
