Hackney Carriage Fare Increase Minutes: The Senior Licensing Officer presented the report of the Legal Services Manager.
RESOLVED –
That the Administration Committee:
(1) Approved commencement of consultation for a variation of the table of fares for the hire of hackney carriages in the Borough of Eastleigh, (2) Delegated authority to consider any objections to the proposal to the Legal Services Manager; and (3) Delegated authority to implement the new table of fares to the Legal Services Manager once due legal process had been concluded. |

Hedge End Town Council Community Governance Review - Draft Recommendations Additional documents:
Minutes: The Executive Head of Governance and Monitoring Officer presented the report.
RESOLVED –
That the Administration
Committee: (1) Considerer the report and responses received to the first consultation; (2) Considered the proposals for changes to the current warding arrangements for Hedge End Town Council; and (3) Agreed that the proposed changes were published and a second public consultation be carried out for a period of 2 weeks (12-25 September 2022).
(NOTE: Councillor Corben and Councillor House declared non-pecuniary interests in item 6 of the agenda as they were both members of Hedge End Town Council. They were still able to take part in the debate and vote on the item.)
