Affordable Housing Policies (Sixth Tranche) Additional documents:
Minutes: Councillor Asman introduced the item and explained that the policies cover the approach that EBC will make towards keeping our properties safe, clean and where people want to live. The Resident and Community Engagement policy outlines the Council’s approach to involving residents in their homes, the service provided and their communities.
RESOLVED –
That the Policy and Performance Scrutiny Panel considered the sixth tranche of policies (Fire Safety Policy, Health and Safety Policy, Neighbourhood and Estate Management Policy and Resident and Community Engagement Policy) and they make any recommendations to Cabinet as appropriate. |

Corporate Finance and Performance Quarter 2 Additional documents:
Minutes: A presentation was given which outlined Key Items, Financial Summary, Performance against Corporate Plan and 3 year Action Plan and a summary of Service Performance.
Discussions took place with regards to staffing challenges, financial overspend and interest rates.
RESOLVED –
That the Policy and Performance Scrutiny Panel noted the performance and the forecast financial position of the Council for the second quarter of the financial year, making any necessary recommendations to Cabinet based on this data and information. |
